How is the summer going, plus a collection of activities for scarves
I hope everyone’s summer is going well, mine is going GREAT. I am working about 26 hours a week at a day camp in the area and really enjoying the chance to just get out and PLAY with kids without all the pressure that school usually provides!
During the school year (and, to be honest the summer too) I spend quite a bit of time on the teachers.net forum for music teachers (I also frequent the MENC general music forum.) Periodically we get people coming along and asking what to do with scarves (I ADORE scarves, btw in case you haven’t read an earlier post on them.) One of the users collected everyone’s input into a big list on her website and I thought I would provide a link here in case there are any music teachers googling for elementary scarf activities for music class.
